Convert Dryer To Side Vent

Changing ge dryer vent from back to right side can t use an elbow out the back no really enough room have to change the vent to the right side. The existing duct went from the blower straight out the back of the dryer. However there is no information in any of the manuals or even from samsung directly i called them today to tell me how to change the vent from the rear to the side.

The new duct clearly needed to go straight towards the back but then make a 90 degree turn to the left and go out the side instead. You just push the dryer back and the two parts snap together.
